The phrase “she is sitting opposing to you” is grammatically correct, but it may sound a bit formal or less common in everyday language. A more common way to express this idea might be to say “she is sitting across from you” or “she is sitting across the table from you.” These phrases are more commonly used to indicate that someone is seated in a position facing another person.
